Ingredients
500 g large prawns
cocktail sticks
Marinade
2 tbsp Dansukker Brown Sugar
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp chopped parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix sugar, garlic, parsley, lemon, oil, salt and pepper and add the prawns. Allow to stand in the marinade for at least one hour. Put the prawns on sticks and grill them or fry them in a little oil. Serve with salad and bread.
