Fresh summer punch with strawberry syrup
Ingredients
1 lemon
2 limes
2 nectarines
200 ml fresh raspberries
100 ml fresh blackberries
200 ml strawberries
100 ml strawberry syrup
2 litres fruit-flavored carbonated drink
Ice
Strawberry syrup
500 g strawberries
50 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
100 ml Dansukker Granulated Sugar
Instructions
Start with the strawberry syrup: Bring the strawberries and sugar to the boil, leave to boil for 5-10 min.
Strain through a fine-meshed sieve. Mix with the syrup.
Pour into sterilized bottles. Store in a cool place.
For the punch: Slice the lemon, limes and nectarines.
Place the ice in a bowl and cover with the fruit and berries. Pour over the fruit soda and strawberry syrup.
