Ingredients
1 dl olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 Solo garlic, grated
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the marinade in double freezer bags and add the meat. Seal the bag and shake so that the marinade coats all the meat. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before using the meat.
